Building Knowledge
CSAT collects and analyses strategic information on technical support needs and the involvement of civil society organizations in Global Fund processes. CSAT also supports key partners to collect and analyze strategic information on challenges, opportunities, lessons learned and recommendations to feed into policy and strategy development at CCMs, RCMs, the Global Fund Board, UNAIDS Programme Coordinating Board and other national, regional and global mechanisms.
CSAT also supports communities with relevant and timely information on strategic issues (such as Community Systems Strengthening – CSS) to ensure that this information gets included into proposal development and program implementation and oversight and that it is used for strategic advocacy.
