CSAT is coordinated by a global host - the ICASO International Secretariat – which is responsible for coordinating and harmonizing activities globally: this includes establishing consistent financial reporting, staff training, programme management and monitoring and evaluation activities with regional hubs. It ensures overall transparency and accountability for the project and mobilizes community action on emerging issues related to the Global Fund at an international level.
Regional CSAT hubs link regional, national and local community organizations with the technical support they need, identifying technical support gaps and acting as a communications conduit for the CSAT network. Each regional CSAT hub has a coordinator responsible for CSAT activities in the region.
