Eurasian Harm Reduction Network

Евразийская сеть снижения вреда (ЕССВ) – это региональная сеть. Миссия ЕССВ заключается в продвижении гуманных, научно обоснованных подходов снижения вреда от употребления наркотиков с целью сохранения и поддержания здоровья и обеспечения защиты прав человека на уровне индивидуума, сообщества и населения в целом.

 
В 2010-2014 годах деятельность ЕССВ будет сконцентрирована на содействии внедрению на территории действия ЕССВ недискриминационной политики в отношении потребителей наркотиков и представителей других целевых групп, и усовершенствовании программ и услуг, эффективность которых получила научное подтверждение.

The Eurasian Harm Reduction Network (EHRN) is a regional network with a mission to promote humane, evidence-based harm reduction approaches to drug use, with the aim of improving health and protecting human rights at the individual, community, and societal level.

Specifically during 2010-2014, EHRN seeks to help implement non-discriminating policies for drug users and other vulnerable people in the EHRN territory, and to improve and expand the use of evidence-based interventions and services that target them.

EHRN is the Central Asia and Eastern Europe Hub for CSAT.
